Upon receiving a Mountain Rescue Team Land Rover as a wedding gift, Prince William and Kate Middleton passed it on as charity to the Mountain Rescue England and Wales. After a raffle, it was awarded to the Patterdale team, according to UsMagazine.com. “The vehicle will be greatly appreciated. Our present vehicle only has a shelf life of about six months and we were embarking on a major fundraising exercise to raise more than £45,000 to replace it,” said Keith Montgomery, honorary secretary of Glossop Mountain Rescue Team.

It will be quick because the couple need to be back in order for Kim to present at the upcoming MTV Video Music Awards Show. Hopefully, they will have time for some rest, romance and relaxation. Chely Wright finally found her happy ending after tying the knot with partner Lauren Blitzer last weekend, reports UsMagazine.com. The country singer, 40, met civil rights activist Blitzer, 30, just weeks after coming out. Last year Wright told NBC’s Today Show that she “was hiding. The Armenian beauty tied the knot with Kris Humphries on Saturday at a beautiful estate in Montecito, California. 450 guests were in attendance.
