Mary DeMaio is an Adelphi University student double majoring in Psychology and Communications with a concentration in Journalism and Public Relations. She will be graduating in May 2016. She is a Provost scholar and has been a consecutive member of the Dean’s Circle since 2012. Over the summer, she gained experience in marketing and public relations at Square One Book Publishers, composing interview questions for authors and performing sales research. She has a passion for writing and being creative and aspires to be a novelist and advice columnist. Mary began working as an Editorial Intern for CupidsPulse.com in January 2016 and is so excited to use this opportunity to help others with their relationships. Her favorite celebrity couple is Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds. The best dating advice she ever received was from her mom, who told her that trust is the foundation of every solid relationship and that it’s a true blessing if being with that individual makes you want to be a better person.
