Nick Cannon may be one of the most interesting renaissance men the world has to offer today. From Nickelodeon to America’s Got Talent! (AGT), this man does it all. Beginning his career as a musician, Cannon’s TV fame seemed far off. However, music was a stepping stone and connection-building process for the TV personality. Cannon began to host many award shows, including the HALO Awards, the 2005 Kid’s Choice Awards, among others. In 2005, the musician hosted Wild N’ Out on MTV. Following that success, he began to host AGT from season four to present day, and there are no signs of stopping.
His life love showed early signs of never stopping either, while he was dating pop sensation Mariah Carey. Their celebrity wedding was in 2008 at her private estate, and they had two children on their third wedding anniversary. The twins celebrated their birthday, along with a fifth anniversary vow ceremony at Disneyland. Carey was even dressed like Cinderella! However, this fairytale doesn’t have the storybook ending. Six years after the celebrity wedding, things began to take a turn for the worst, and Cannon officially filed for divorce in December 2014. The fairytale ended in April 2015 when the celebrity divorce was finalized.
