Canalis has been quoted in a Questo Amore (This Love), a new book by Italian journalist Bruno Vespa, where she says she had a “father-daughter relationship” with Clooney. “[Clooney] has been special for me, and very important, just as a father would be,” said Canalis in the book. “Between us there was more of a father-daughter relationship.”
