Today, the one and only Wendy Williams sent the CupidsPulse.com team another SHOUT OUT, asking for our readers opinion on the final ruling in celebrity mom Kelly Rutherford’s custody battle with ex-husband, Daniel Giersch.

As many of you know from watching this intense celebrity news and gossip play out over the past six years, the celebrity couple divorced in 2010, just four years after they met. The international custody battle has been going on ever since.

The six year battle has finally come to an end for the moment and not in Rutherford’s favor, even after she was said to have spent $1.5 million on legal fees. Rutherford’s ex-husband, Giersch has been awarded full custody of their two children, six-year-old Helena and nine-year-old, Hermes. The celebrity mom will only be allowed to visit her children in Monaco or France.

According to UsMagazine.com, unfortunately the fight goes on between celebrity exes Kelly Rutherford and Daniel Giersch, as they battle one another for custody over their children. Giersch has added more fuel to the fire by saying that Rutherford is now abducting their children since she will not let them travel back to Monaco. A statement released by Giersch’s lawyer says, “Daniel will continue to protect the children from any harm and any media exposure. Unfortunately Kelly has now added child abduction to extortion and false statements on her list of actions. Daniel will make sure that the children’s safety and well being will be restored as soon as possible.” Rutherford still has yet to release the children.

It looks like another long celebrity breakup is finally winding down. Two years after their split in 2010, Gossip Girl’s Kelly Rutherford and ex-husband Daniel Giersch have set a court date for July 12 in order to finalize their divorce. E! Online reports that the major issue of this trial is custody of their two children. Though the two had previously decided on joint custody, Rutherford later issued a restraining order against Giersch after claiming he threatened her nanny and affected her parenting.

Rumors have been swirling, but it’s still unclear if Blake Lively and Ryan Gosling are a couple.  The two were seen getting close at Gosling’s Blue Valentine premiere after-party, reports People, but they have not confirmed a relationship yet.  “[Blake is] an incredible actress; she’s a good friend,” said Gosling.  Despite the uncertainty,  Blake Lively’s Gossip Girl costar and on-screen mom, Kelly Rutherford, approves.  “It’d be great [if they were dating],” said Rutherford.  “Blake’s an amazing person.  She’s so gorgeous.  He’s a lucky man if they are!”
