Harris, husband David Burtka, and their 4-year-old twins Gideon and Harper dressed up as DC Comics characters from Gotham City. On September 6th in Perugia, Italy, How I Met Your Mother star Neil Patrick Harris and his partner David Burtka finally tied the knot after a long wait.
