Kristen Bell is an actress and singer who was born on July 18, 1980. In 2001, she had her beginnings on Broadway and made her debut in The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. She soon gained critical acclaim and is most famous for her role as the title character on the television series and in the movie Veronica Mars. Since 2012, she has starred in the Showtime series House of Lies. Other roles include her characters in Heroes, Gossip Girl, Forgetting Sarah Marshall, and Frozen.

She then began dating actor Dax Shepard, and the famous couple announced their celebrity engagement in 2010. However, they decided to delay their marriage until the state of California passed legalization of same-sex marriage. In 2013, after the Defense of Marriage Act passed, Bell asked Shepard to marry her on Twitter, which he accepted. Their celebrity wedding took place at the Beverly Hills County Clerk’s Office. The Hollywood couple has two celebrity kids together: daughters Lincoln and Delta.
