It’s been a long year and a lot of challenges, I live in a place of gratitude [and am] thankful for everything I have.” The ex celebrity couple have to continue to coexist as co-parents to their son Julian. Patton continues to work as an actress and mom and believes she is finally a “real woman” because of her journey.
