Television couple, Giuliana and Bill Rancic, truly have something to celebrate.  After years of struggling to conceive and a terrifying fright with breast cancer last year, the couple will welcome a new child into the world via a surrogate. “We are so blessed! This truly is a miracle baby,” said Giuliana Rancic to UsMagazine.com.  The couple, who have been married since 2007, said that they will absolutely witness the birth and claim that this has been the happiest moment of their lives.
