According UsMagazine.com, the reality TV star, 30, said he “walked outside and just laid it on her.” Higgins’ girlfriend, Jessica Clarke, 23, said the former Bachelor kissed her “as soon as he saw her.” The Bachelor: Winter Games alum introduced Clarke to his fans via Instagram earlier this month. On February 20th, Higgins wrote, “She is someone special, and I look forward to where life is going to take us. Stay tuned for the journey.”
