On Thursday, September 19, 2013, the First Annual “Legends Beyond” Gala gathered some of the biggest celebrity names in Beverly Hills, California, to help benefit the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research. The disease affects over 1.5 million people with the United States, so all donations from the charity directly went to fund research with the foundation. This elite vintage glamour-themed evening consisted of live performances, silent auctions, and of course, a fantastic array of stars to join in on the excitement. Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen were the hosts of this red carpet event that honored musicians, like Maurice White, who was part of the multi Grammy-winning group, Earth, Wind & Fire, and Grammy-winning artist Howard McCrary, as well as other stars that advocate for Parkinson’s awareness.

Although major age gaps in celebrity relationships have become more common, people were shocked when Tara Reid was spotted looking quite comfortable with Fawaz Gruosi, a man 26 years her senior. So is it true? Are the two really dating? According to Reid’s rep, the rumors are “totally false” and the two are just friends. That said, Reid recently told E! host, Giuliana Rancic, that while she is very content being single, she wouldn’t say “no” to meeting a new guy, according to E! Online.

Not every woman is cut out for a big Kim Kardashian-style bash for her big day.  Many would prefer a quick and discrete elopement, much like Tara Reid’s wedding.  So, what’s a girl to do?  And how do you decide what’s the right choice for you?

Let’s take a look at things objectively for a minute.  If you have a large family (and, wow, Kim K. does), then you have to examine how many people you’re comfortable inviting to your celebration.  If you have dreams of being a princess, a big traditional ceremony is just the thing for you.

Kim Kardashian’s ceremony was just about as close to a fairy tale wedding as you can get…without actually being a royal.  Between the three costume changes, black and white color scheme, and nearly 400 guests, she wowed the guests with glitz and glam.

Just hours after tweeting that she “just got engaged,” Tara Reid tied the knot with her fiancé Zack Kehayov in Greece on Saturday. UsMagazine.com reported that the American Reunion actress recently split from her boyfriend Michael Lilleun. She was also previously engaged to Internet entrepreneur Michael Axtmann, but called it off in April 2010.  Even further back, she was engaged to Carson Daly — The Voice host — and they ended their relationship in June 2001. Things might be happening very quickly for Reid, but we wish her all the best.
