It was “95 percent her, 5 percent me,” he said. “I got my tuxedo, and helped her with the flowers a little bit.”
What are some ways your beau can chip in on wedding planning?
Cupid’s Advice:
Planning a wedding can be time consuming and stressful, so how can your beau chip in on wedding planning? Cupid has some advice for you:
1. Ask Questions:Â Asking questions is a great way to get your beau involved in wedding planning. Â Ask them what their vision is for the wedding, what food they would like, the colors, the music, etc. The more you ask, the more you will learn about their taste and preferences and that will help make it easier on you when planning your wedding.
2. Don’t make a decision:Â Do not make a decision with an input from your partner. Â All major decisions should have input from both you and your partner. Make sure you get input from your partner when deciding things like the venue, guest list, wedding colors and more. Not making a decision without your partner will encourage them to help you plan your wedding.
3. Have fun:Â Planning a wedding can often be stressful, driving your partner away from all aspects of wedding planning. Â So make sure that you keep things fun. Â If you keep things serious all the time your partner will not have any reason to want to help plan your wedding. Enjoy the process and keep it fun so you both can enjoy planning your special day.
