According to a filing that took place on Tuesday in the Los Angeles Superior Court, Katy Perry and Russell Brand have come to a “comprehensive written settlement of all issues.” Â A source tells People that Brand is not seeking cash from his higher-earning ex. Â Having not signed a prenuptial agreement, Brand would have been entitled to half of what Perry earned during the marriage. Â Since the ex couple have no children, the only issue was the distribution of property, which they will settling out of court. Â Seeing that Perry signed the papersÂ with her usual happy autograph that included aÂ smiley face in her last name, she must have been happy with the settlement.
