Things have been heating up on The Bachelorette…but in a completely unexpected way! 25 of the country’s most eligible bachelors have been fighting for a relationship and love with Kaitlyn Bristowe, but when it comes to reality TV contestants Clint Arlis and JJ Lane, it looks like they are vying for each other’s hearts instead! According to UsMagazine.com, Arlis confessed, “The possibility of coming onto The Bachelorette and falling in love with a man never crossed my mind, but I believe in the process, and at this point, I am a success story.”

These Bachelorette contestants found love in an unexpected way on reality TV. What do you do if your boyfriend’s relationship with his best friend turns into a bromance?

Cupid’s Advice:

Of course, you want your man to have good friends that he can depend on, but you don’t want them to be too close. If you feel like one of his friendships is turning into a bromance, consider this love advice:

1. Talk to him about it: Be sure to always have a line of open communication with your boyfriend and let him know how you feel. You can’t expect him to change if he doesn’t know there’s a problem in the first place.

2. Go out with the girls: Take advantage of your man’s bro-time to spend some quality time with your gal pals. Maybe the space will help you see the situation in a new light. There’s nothing a mani-pedi date and a gossip session with your best friends can’t cure!

3. Get to know your guy’s best friend: If you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em! Ask your guy to invite his buddy over and see what this new dude is all about. You never know — you might be overreacting or misreading their friendship.
